What are credits?
Credits power all platform features: AI discovery (20 credits), Google Places searches (10 credits), email sending (1 credit), SMS (2 credits), and AI content generation (5 credits). Credits refresh monthly with your subscription.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase credit top-ups ($40 per 1,000 credits, non-expiring). Your account remains active with full access to past data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you'll retain access to any remaining credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire and can be used anytime. We recommend using monthly credits first.
Can I try before committing?
Yes! All new accounts start with the Core plan (2,000 credits/month). You can fully explore the platform and upgrade to Pro or Scale when you need more capacity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
